CONCEPT Utilizing discarded materials from television show sets, we will create and install a vibrant theater stage. This stage will serve as a participatory art piece, co-created with the event attendees. Visitors will be invited to use art supplies and repurposed materials to embellish the stage, adding their own colorful touch. On this stage, individuals can freely engage in performances or become the protagonists of the stage, enjoying a delightful art experience in an autumn park setting.

CONCEPT Dream Plaza, adorned with sprawling lawns, serves as the hub for visitors to enjoy a variety of activities during the art festival. In this area, we have arranged a selection of delicious food and drink menus from food trucks to satisfy the appetites of our visitors.

CONCEPT Join us in a workshop where you'll create art on a "MINI" car body using acrylic paints and more, alongside the renowned picture book author and illustrator, Kotone Utsunomiya. The theme of the creation is “FESTIVAL.” Why not come together to craft vibrant and lively artworks fitting for an art festival?

CONCEPT This year's Art Festival is fully linked with the DIC Council's Next Generation Mobility Demonstration Project, which promotes future urban development in the Rinkai Fukutoshin area! We have prepared an opportunity for visitors to experience mobility using cutting-edge technology.

At the Dream Plaza, visitors will have the opportunity to test ride a group of automated mobility vehicles, including a bench-type and a wheelchair-type. We propose a new style of strolling through the city with family and friends, crossing the Dream Bridge in a compact vehicle that looks like a park bench, and enjoying the sights and sounds of the city and artworks with an audio AR guide.

These are all next-generation technologies under development, and your experiences will be utilized in future mobility development and future city planning.

We have prepared a course for visitors to cross the Dream Bridge from the Dream Plaza on the PARTNER MOBILITY ONE, a compact self-driving mobility vehicle shaped like a park bench. This vehicle was jointly developed by Kurume Institute of Technology, PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY INC. and Le DESIGN Corporation, and allows visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery and conversation with family and friends. In addition, an audio AR guide by LOOVIC Co. We will help you create wonderful memories.

CONCEPT On weekends and public holidays, we offer various workshops around the "Colorful Theater." How about creating your own original "masks" using recycled materials (Masque Party Workshop) or making accessories using candies (Candy Freak Party) to become the star of the theater? Once we're all set for the party preparations together, we'll conclude with a parade around the area.
